Power of attorney given by Mashhadi Nur Muhammad Zari‘ [the farmer], son of Mashhadi Qasim Shaykh ‘Ali Chupani, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to resolve the disputes with the inheritors of the late Rubab Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn and wife of Mashhadi Ghulam Riza, over sixty tumans.

Letter written by the attorney of Haji Ghulam Husayn Zari‘ [the farmer] to Hujjat al-Islam Ra’is al-‘Ulama’ regarding the amount of money that Mirza Lutf Allah paid to Haji Ghulam Husayn as alimony for Haji Ghulam Husayn's daughter (which had to be paid by Mirza ‘Abbas Khan, son of Mirza Lutf Allah Naqqash [the painter]), but Haji Ghulam Husayn refused to accept. The receiver responds that the amount not accepted by Haji Ghulam Husayn was one hundred and forty tumans, but the alimony was more than that.

Muhammad ‘Ali gives the power of attorney to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin to resolve a dispute with Mirza Muhammad Riza and Kubra Khanum. The attorney fee is eight tumans, half of which is paid. The rest is to be paid after resolving the dispute.

Claim by Sayyid Muhammad Riza Zari‘ [the farmer], son of the late Sayyid Haydar ‘Ali, against ‘Abd al-Husayn and ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, sons of the late Abu al-Qasim Tajir [the merchant] from Dihdasht, regarding a property, from which ‘Abd al-Ghaffar gets two-sixths, and ‘Abd al-Husayn gets four-sixths of its rent. ‘Abd al-Husayn states that half of his share is his own, one-fourth of it is ‘Abd al-Ghaffar's, one-eighth his mother's, and the other one-eighth is his sister's.

Regarding complaint by Nim Taj Khanum and Zarrin Khanum, daughters of Mirza ‘Abd al-Rahim, against Ghulamhusayn Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Rahim, over inherited land, Gurab, and his conviction by the court for dispossession and payment of ten thousand tumans to the plaintiffs; Haj Sayf al-Shari‘ah, with power of attorney from Ghulamhusayn Khan, requests dispensation from the mentioned payment and the court expenses, and the court votes in his favor.
